If you’re a Broker, Property Manager or Owner of commercial properties that needs exterior updates, a change of the façade creates a fresh curb appeal & adds a renewed look to attract new tenants and keep existing ones.
Simon Architectural will do a FREE site analysis & consultation to suggest improvements and updates.
Once a scope is established, we'll offer a rate depending on property size.
After the initial deposit is made, our team will provide 2D colored elevations that incorporate the proposed improvements and updates.
If you wish to move forward after this preliminary 'design phase', we will then credit back the initial deposit into the proposed work for the 'construction & build phase' of the façade updates.
