History of how Simon Architectural became a staple in the architecture & interior design industry.
1950
Morris Simon founded the architectural and engineering firm, M. Simon & Associates, P.A. in New York.
1986
After working as an architect in New York City, Morris's son, Richard, joined the family business to what is known as Simon Architectural today.
1987
Simon Architectural's commercial, hotel, restaurant, retail & residential projects can be viewed across the nation.
1974
Morris relocated the business to South Florida.
1987
As NCARB certified architects, Simon Architectural became a nationally licensed architectural firm servicing the USA, Central America, Middle East & more.
Top Florida Architect Award from "Florida Monthly" Magazine from the American Institute of Architects.
